Stockbox Grocers debuts first mini-mini market
A new grocery store has opened up in West Seattle on 24th and Holden, but if one didn’t know it was there, they may miss it entirely. Stockbox Grocers, a startup, is opening what it hopes to be the first of many miniature grocery stores in communities around the Seattle area.
Council has votes to require paid sick leave
Only two cities in the entire United States, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., mandated businesses to provide paid sick leave for their employees. However, six of nine Seattle City Council members signed on to a plan on Thursday to include Seattle among them.
