The global economic recovery could be slower than expected but another recession remains unlikely – especially if governments don’t overdo their spending cuts, OECD said Thursday. The OECD said U.S. economic growth is expected to rise by an annualized two percent in the third quarter.

In the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER) “College Destinations Index 2010 – 2011,” the top five major metro cities are San Francisco, New York, Washington, D.C., Boston and Seattle.
