On Monday, President Barack Obama signed into law a bill creating a 30 billion
dollar small business fund aimed at facilitating loans and boosting job creation, calling it
a “victory for America’s entrepreneurs.” Senator Cantwell, as well as Seattle’s Tutta Bella owner, Joe Fugere, were on hand for the signing.
