Over at Rain City Burgers on Roosevelt Way you can find their delicious chipotle black bean burger, which features the perfect blend of spice and smoke. Li’l Woody’s in Capitol Hill or Ballard features its black bean burger that actually manages to stay intact when eaten. Finally, Wayward Vegan Café in the University District features its mouth-watering Big Mac-inspired “Mac Daddy,” which consists of two no-beef patties, house-made Reuben sauce, and even the crucial middle bun layer- it’s not for everyone, but it is for vegans.
