China approves first foreign-owned senior care facility
Cascade Healthcare has received approval from the Shanghai government to open a senior care facility in China. While principle investor Dan Baty recognizes that “this first project is a prototype in the truest sense of the word,” he also says, “the need for senior care in China is staggering.” The hope is that this will be the first facility of many to come.

Burger Bar executive chef, Jacob Wildman, will seek out the finest local ingredients and use only the best purveyors of humanely raised and natural meats. 8 oz. Burger Bar seems to be destined for Seattle’s Harvard Market complex – an area with a newly, revised restaurant scene.
