It’s not too early to start thinking about taxes, and StartZone’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Center is here to help you – FREE OF CHARGE.

This year, the Center is available to anyone whose household earnings in 2011 were less than $50,000, including anyone who has business income to report on a Schedule C. Eligible individuals will receive assistance from a trained and professionally supervised volunteer who will help complete and file 1040, Schedule C, applications for the Making Work Pay and Earned Income tax credits, and other forms.

The Center is located at the Highline Community College Outreach Center, Bldg. 99 Room 251. For map and directions to the Outreach Center, please click here. The site will be open from 4pm – 8pm on Thursdays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays from January 12th through April 17th.  Walk-ins are welcome. Business filers may make appointments after March 1st.
